Growing up on a dairy farm, I was always interested in waterfowl. I started out by raising domestic varieties, not really knowing that so many of the wild varieties could be raised in captivity. Once I got into the wild birds, I found a whole new world. Today I now have about 30 varieties. Some are hard to breed, while others I have had good luck breeding.
